EloGod operates as an independent marketplace and service platform that brings together customers, sellers and boosters.

EloGod is not the owner of marketplace accounts listed by users and does not directly provide boosting services.

Users are solely responsible for their own actions, transactions and compliance with applicable law.

Only legitimate account owners may create listings for account sales.

The following actions are strictly prohibited: - Stolen accounts - Hacked accounts - Accounts obtained through fraud - Misleading listings - False account descriptions - Fake screenshots

Any attempt to recover a sold account is treated as serious marketplace fraud and may result in: - Permanent account termination - Loss of balance - Removal from the Marketplace - Disclosure of identity information to competent authorities where legally required

Boosting services are performed by independent service providers.

EloGod does not guarantee: - Specific ranks - Completion times - Future account status - Publisher compliance

Users acknowledge that game publishers may impose restrictions, warnings or bans independently of EloGod.

EloGod actively monitors activity to prevent: - Payment fraud - Chargeback abuse - Account recovery fraud - Identity fraud - Marketplace fraud - Multi-accounting abuse

EloGod reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity.

Users agree to contact EloGod Support before initiating a payment dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in: - Account suspension - Withdrawal restrictions - Balance freeze - Permanent ban

During dispute investigations EloGod may provide platform logs, transaction records, communications and verification records to payment providers.

Sellers shall not attempt to recover sold accounts under any circumstances.

Any attempt to recover, reclaim or interfere with a sold account constitutes a material breach and may result in permanent termination, balance forfeiture and disclosure to authorities where legally required.

Users agree to resolve disputes through EloGod Support before taking any external action.

EloGod may review: - Chat records - Transaction history - Login history - Screenshots - Videos - Verification records

Administrative decisions may include: - Refunds - Partial refunds - Account restrictions - Marketplace sanctions - Balance freezes

EloGod monitors transactions to detect money-laundering risks and may delay, freeze or reverse transactions where suspicious activity is identified.

Additional verification documents may be requested at any time.

Where legally required, suspicious activity may be reported to competent authorities.

EloGod reserves the right to: - Remove listings - Restrict accounts - Freeze balances - Suspend users - Permanently terminate access

where necessary to protect users, platform integrity and business operations.

EloGod shall not be liable for: - Game publisher actions - Account suspensions - Account bans - User misconduct - Marketplace disputes between users - Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
