1Customer Status
A Customer is any user who: - Purchases a boosting service - Purchases a coaching service - Purchases a marketplace account - Purchases digital goods through the Platform
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, service details and platform policies before placing an order.
2Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
By placing an order, the Customer represents that they have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are authorised to use the payment methods provided.
3Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate information including: - Real name (where required) - Valid contact information - Accurate payment information - Accurate account information for boosting services
Providing false information may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
4Account Safety
Customers acknowledge that: - Account credentials submitted for boosting services are accessed by independent boosters - EloGod is not liable for losses caused by Customer-provided incorrect information - Customers should change account passwords after order completion where possible
5Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and verification.
Payments are processed by approved payment providers.
EloGod may hold, delay or reverse payments where fraud, chargebacks or disputes exist.
6Boosting Orders
Customers acknowledge that boosting outcomes depend on factors beyond EloGod's control including: - Game publisher actions - Account-specific restrictions - Server performance - Player skill matching
Completion times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7Marketplace Orders
Marketplace transactions occur between independent buyers and sellers.
After delivery, marketplace earnings are subject to a security review period to protect the Customer.
Customers may manually confirm delivery early, but EloGod recommends allowing the review period to expire naturally for maximum protection.
8Communication
Customers agree to communicate respectfully with boosters, sellers and support staff.
Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
9Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled where: - The Customer requests cancellation before service begins - The service cannot be delivered due to verified technical reasons - Fraud is detected - The Customer provides incorrect information that prevents delivery
10Refunds
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on platform policy.
Refunds may be denied where: - The service was fully delivered - The Customer provided incorrect information - Fraudulent activity is detected - The Customer initiated a chargeback before contacting Support
11Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact EloGod Support before initiating any chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in: - Account suspension - Balance freeze - Withdrawal restrictions - Permanent ban - Reporting to payment providers
12Account Recovery (Marketplace)
For marketplace purchases, Customers acknowledge that account ownership transfers carry inherent risk and that EloGod's seller verification reduces but does not eliminate this risk.
13Dispute Resolution
EloGod may review evidence including chat logs, transaction history, screenshots, videos and verification records.
Customers agree that EloGod may issue administrative decisions based on available evidence.
14Limitation of Liability
EloGod shall not be liable for: - Game publisher actions - Account bans imposed by publishers - Customer-provided incorrect information - Indirect or consequential damages
15Prohibited Customer Conduct
Customers shall not: - Submit fraudulent claims - Attempt payment fraud - Abuse refund procedures - Circumvent platform systems
16Account Termination
EloGod reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts where: - Fraud is suspected - Platform rules are violated - Payment abuse occurs - Security concerns arise
17Acceptance
By purchasing any product or service through EloGod, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.
