EloGod reviews legitimate reports and takes appropriate action.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that content they upload, share or list on the Platform does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

EloGod may remove infringing content without prior notice.

Copyright claims must be submitted through EloGod Support and must include: - Identification of the copyrighted work - The specific location of the alleged infringement on EloGod - A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law - A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate - Contact information of the claimant - Physical or electronic signature

Incomplete claims may be rejected.

Trademark complaints must include: - The registered trademark - Jurisdiction of registration - Evidence of ownership - Description of the alleged misuse - Location of the alleged misuse on EloGod - Contact information

EloGod reviews all valid claims promptly.

Upon a valid claim, EloGod may: - Remove the infringing content - Restrict the offending account - Issue a warning to the user - Permanently terminate the account in repeated or severe cases - Disclose information to legal authorities where required

Users whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notification including: - Identification of the removed content - A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification - Contact information - Consent to jurisdiction where applicable - Signature

EloGod will review counter-notifications and may restore content where appropriate.

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will be subject to account termination.

Submitting false or abusive copyright or trademark claims is prohibited and may result in: - Rejection of future claims - Account suspension - Legal consequences where applicable

EloGod does not claim affiliation with any game publisher.

References to game titles are made solely for descriptive purposes.

All trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Where required by law, court order or formal request, EloGod may disclose user information related to intellectual property claims.

Disclosures occur only where legally required or reasonably necessary.

EloGod acts as an intermediary platform and does not actively monitor all user-generated content.
