1Booster Status
A Booster is an independent service provider who performs boosting, coaching, duo boosting or related gaming services through the EloGod Platform.
Boosters are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of EloGod.
Boosters remain solely responsible for their own service delivery, tax obligations and legal compliance.
2Independent Contractor Status
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating: - Employment - Partnership - Joint venture - Agency relationship
between EloGod and the Booster.
3Mandatory KYC
All Boosters must complete identity verification.
EloGod may request: - National ID - Passport - Driver's licence - Proof of address - Selfie verification - Additional verification documents
Failure to complete KYC may result in: - Account suspension - Withdrawal restrictions - Permanent removal
4Account Confidentiality
Customer accounts are strictly confidential.
Boosters shall not: - Share credentials - Save credentials after completion - Transfer credentials to third parties - Allow third-party access - Disclose customer information
This obligation survives account closure and remains permanently in effect.
5Account Access Limitation
Boosters may access customer accounts solely for the purpose of completing assigned orders.
Any activity unrelated to the assigned service is strictly prohibited.
6Prohibited Account Actions
Without explicit customer authorisation, Boosters may not: - Change account email - Change recovery information - Change security settings - Make purchases - Spend in-game currency - Transfer assets - Delete content - Modify ownership information
7Cheats & Third-Party Software
The use of: - Cheats - Scripts - Bots - Automation tools - Exploits - Unauthorised software
is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in: - Immediate termination - Balance forfeiture - Legal action where applicable
8Customer Solicitation
Boosters shall not: - Contact customers outside EloGod - Offer direct services off-platform - Redirect customers to private Discord servers - Circumvent EloGod commissions - Encourage off-platform transactions
Any attempt to bypass EloGod may result in permanent termination.
9Service Quality
Boosters agree to: - Complete services professionally - Follow customer requirements - Meet reasonable completion times - Communicate respectfully
10Order Acceptance
Boosters should actively manage accepted orders.
Repeated behaviour including: - Ignoring accepted orders - Excessive delays - Abandoning services
may result in penalties or account termination.
11Proof of Completion
EloGod may require: - Screenshots - Video proof - Match history references - Other reasonable verification
before releasing payouts.
12Duo & Coaching Services
For duo and coaching services Boosters agree to perform the service personally and not delegate to third parties without explicit authorisation.
13Communication
All booster–customer communication must occur through EloGod messaging channels.
Sharing personal contact information with customers is prohibited.
14Payouts & Booster Wallet
Booster earnings accumulate in the Booster Wallet.
EloGod may hold payouts where: - Fraud is suspected - KYC is incomplete - A dispute is open - Service quality issues exist - Security concerns arise
Payout schedules and minimum payout thresholds are determined by EloGod.
15Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer order is refunded or charged back for legitimate reasons, the related booster earnings may be reversed.
16Dispute Investigation
EloGod may review: - Chat records - Order history - Screenshots - Videos - Login records - KYC documents
and may issue administrative decisions based on available evidence.
17Fraud Prevention
Boosters agree that EloGod may: - Monitor account activity - Review service patterns - Conduct manual reviews - Request additional verification
18Record Retention
EloGod may retain: - KYC documents - Service history - Communications - Security logs
for fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance purposes.
19Disclosure to Authorities
Where required by law, court order or regulatory request, EloGod may disclose Booster records, KYC information and transaction history to competent authorities.
20Tax Responsibility
Boosters are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from amounts actually received through the EloGod Platform.
EloGod does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.
21Platform Authority
EloGod reserves the right to: - Restrict orders - Freeze balances - Delay payouts - Suspend accounts - Permanently remove Boosters
where necessary to protect customers and platform integrity.
22Acceptance
By accessing the Booster Panel, accepting orders or providing services through EloGod, the Booster confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.
